Solely to provide the Service: extracting notice details, validating limitation and jurisdiction, drafting replies, and bundling cited authorities. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
To extract details from notices, orders and case-law PDFs, the relevant text is sent to third-party large language model providers via a secure AI gateway. These providers process the text under their respective enterprise data terms and do not use it to train their models. Do not upload material that you are not authorised to share with such providers.
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database and object storage (provided through Lovable Cloud / Supabase) hosted in secured data centres. Row-Level Security policies ensure that each user can read and write only their own taxpayers, notices and replies. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; we never see your plaintext password.
Records are retained until you delete the underlying case, or until your account is closed. On account closure, data is deleted within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law.
You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to the contact address below. We will respond within a reasonable period.
The Service uses essential cookies for authentication. Aggregated, anonymised visit analytics may be collected to monitor uptime and usage patterns; no personal taxpayer data is included in analytics.
