Terms of Use — GST Notice Reply Drafting Assistant

1. Ownership

This application, including its source code, user interface, design, content, templates, prompts, AI workflows and underlying architecture (collectively, the "Service"), is the exclusive intellectual property of Gstian Software Solutions Private Limited. All rights are reserved.

2. Permitted use

Access is granted only to individually invited users for the lawful purpose of drafting GST notice replies for taxpayers represented by the user. You may not share your credentials, allow third parties to use your account, or use the Service on behalf of any organisation other than as an authorised representative.

3. Prohibited conduct

You will not, and will not permit anyone to:

copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish or distribute any part of the Service;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code, prompts, or model behaviour;
scrape, mirror or systematically extract data from the Service;
build a competing product based on the Service or its observable behaviour;
use the Service to violate any applicable law, including the GST law and rules of professional conduct.

4. AI-generated output

The Service uses third-party AI models to extract details from uploaded notices and to draft reply paragraphs. Output is provided as a working draft only and must be reviewed, verified and adapted by a qualified tax professional before being filed or relied upon. The operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or legal sufficiency of any AI-generated content.

5. No professional advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, tax or professional advice. The user remains solely responsible for the content of any reply filed with tax authorities.

6. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms, abusive usage patterns, or non-payment of applicable fees.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the operator's principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
